#9 - Weekends!

Thankful Challenge #9 - I'll admit that being thankful for weekends sound a little shallow, but I am (thankful for weekends that is)!  In a family with a mom and dad who both have demanding careers, two girls in high school, and one girl in middle school, weekends give us time to breathe.  We are able to have deeper conversations than, "Are you picking the girls up today?" and "Remember to turn your uniform money in tomorrow."  We spend time around our house which I LOVE, have time to do necessary chores (like laundry - clean clothes are always a good thing), and worship together on Sunday mornings.  So, today I am giving thanks for weekends (especially three day weekends like we have right now!)
